Eine neue Studie des Núcleo de Justiça Racial e Direito der Stiftung Fundação Getulio Vargas zeigt, dass die brasilianische Justiz selbst in denjenigen Fällen, in denen die Tötungsdelikte der Polizei bei schwarzen Opfern große mediale Aufmerksamkeit erzielten, die verantwortlichen Akteure und Institutionen nicht zur juristischen Verantwortung zieht.
